From trip to invoice
Trips arrive nightly, or on demand. They are checked, priced on the agreement's own terms, and handed to the accounting system as a worklist — the invoice number comes back and is captured against the trip.
Money both ways
Remittances are matched to invoices and supplier statements to the invoices behind them, so what is owed and what is owing are answers rather than a monthly reconstruction.
Every document kept
Invoices and statements arrive by email, are read automatically, and are confirmed by a person before anything is committed. The original PDF is kept permanently and stays retrievable.
